Long weekend! Woohoo! Now, if only I didn't have so much work to do, things would be fine. Some interesting things I've bookmarked recently:

• Marvel Dotcomics, including the very readable Ultimate X-Men. I'd forgotten what fun comic books are, although admittedly the clunky Flash format only becomes readable on the monster 18" flatscreen with ridiculous resolution that I'm using at the moment. Oh, and of course you need broadband. Duh.
• The very useful SamSpade.Org provides useful web-based network functions for the enterprising geek.
• Not sure if I've mentioned this already, but Things I have Argued About With My Girlfriend is a very, very amusing read.
• A currency convertor is always useful. Well, often anyway.
• A really useful Oracle 8i SQL Reference book online. I wonder if Oracle knows?
