Hot on the heels of the insanely unconstitutional DMCA, which was amusingly bad, comes the SSSCA, which is just frighteningly bad. As reported on Slashdot, this would make it illegal -- under severe penalties -- to own a hard drive or other storage device which did not "utilize certified security technologies". What the **** is up with that?
