  It's been pretty bloody obvious for some time now that there's another tech bubble. Why isn't there more talk about it in the press? Oh, that's right - the financial press are a bunch of DJIA-obsessed morons.
  
  At least the damage should be more contained this time. Fewer of these crazy companies are going public on their own, so fewer average joes are getting incredibly risky exposure. Hopefully we'll see less contagion as a result.

  Actually, very few of them are going IPO at all -- there is a huge amount of private investment though. I think that this bubble might skip the stock market entirely and affect entirely large private investment funds. It would be a nice change to see only the very rich get screwed.

  It's not just the very rich, I'm afraid -- I bet more than a few state pension funds and such will get sucked in. Here's hoping they don't.
