Okay, so I'm scared. The first arrest under the DMCA has been made. This was always a very scary law, and the circumstances of this arrest are even more scary -- this guy pointed out a flaw in Adobe's security protections (and admittedly sold a program that breaks them for you), and Adobe got him arrested. WTF? Improve your security, don't arrest people who point it out! If Microsoft starts doing this, I am so dead.
