You always wanted to know, really: the lyrics to Duel of the Fates. In sanskrit, naturally. Other random blogs selected from my huge backlog:
  • A load of really cool Java applets by a guy who deals with HCI called Ken Perlin. The face is especially fun to play with; Maxis should have consulted him when making the Sims.
  • I think I need to read The Martian Tales by Edgar Rice Burroughs, if only because there are so many. Classic space opera.
  • Wonder where Charlie Hunnam from the original Queer as Folk (the UK one) got to? Well, he got a part in Undeclared, a college-life sitcom on Fox Network in the US. I downloaded a few eps, and it's awful. But he's still very cute. Also, Queer as Folk US version is quite good: a quintessential Americanization of the original, it features less reality, more cute people. But it's enjoyable despite that. Showtime restricts viewing its QAF website to the US, for some absolutely bizarre reason I can't fathom; maybe they don't want to spoil the plot? Have these people never heard of email and messageboards? Geez.
