I discovered EurekAlert, where science journalists get their stories, then fell down a rabbit hole through memepool, B3TA's animal mashups, Animutation, and FARK. I stopped eventually. I should have stopped much sooner.

End of week 1, term 2, year 2. Finished my assignment on time, so yay, and also managed to visit...Jan 13, 2002

Week 1 of term 2 done. Turned in my assignment on time and hit London for the January sales. Camden Market delivered, Oxford Street didn't. Also: Prolog scrambles your brain but writes tiny elegant programs, the new iMac is gorgeous, and Castle Transylvania is disappointingly now a tourist resort.
